Meet Kaci Wood, MA, LMHC
It is my core belief that through out our lives, our relationships are what make life worth living. Our relationships with ourselves & others help us define our identities and the way we see the world. Relationships can be our biggest source of pain, and our greatest opportunity for healing & joy.
Too often, as adults we look at the world around us and feel a sense of sadness and longing. In my 10 years providing mental health services, I have found that the these feelings can be unexpectedly exacerbated by big life transitions; graduation, marriage, the birth of a child, the death of a loved one. Alternatively, you may find yourself stuck in patterns of failed relationships or feeling like friendships never last. Using a relational, trauma-informed approached, I will support you with exploring how your past experiences are impacting your current behaviors and relationships so that you can feel empowered in your own life.
Feeling overwhelmed or just need someone to talk to? Schedule a session and let's work through life's challenges together, side by side.
